Well the snow has finally arrived and this year I was actually prepared. Barely made it but got it done thanks to my Husband:) So…..what exactly do you need? Let me see… Shovel? Check. Hmmm ….snow boots and snow suits for the boys. Oh yes. Check. And lastly but certainly not least, spirits. Beer, wine, and some gin for extra measure. Check. Check. Check.
After watching mind numbing marathons of Despicable Me 2, Planes, and Cars we ventured outside. Of course I was nearly tired out by simply getting ready to go outside. Layering is very exhausting but it was worth it. Manny and I created a little path so we could create snow angels and yes we built a snow man. Couldn’t pile enough up to layer it but we stuck the obligatory carrot nose and kept it moving. Laye lost his mitten and began wailing uncontrollably. You can’t negotiate with a toddler so he had to go inside with Ibru. Manny and I continued the fun outside. It actually wasn’t that cold and the snow was very pillowy and beautiful so it was pretty fun and nice to get outside.
Finished the day with another marathon of movies but this time my husband and I were in charge. Thank goodness!
As for the office we are expanding a bit. I am getting another computer up front and putting the TV in my office for patient education. My assistant Linda has been trained on insurance EOBs and I can finally relieve myself of that task. Another duty slowly slipping through my hands is cleaning the office. Found an excellent cleaning service (GMG) and so now 1/2 my Sunday mornings are free. Yeah!
So… weather like this really makes me want to move to Owings Mills. We are in Towson now and while it’s nice getting to the office can get quite complicated. I closed the office on Monday because I just don’t think I will be able to get out Monday. What do you think?
